Don't forget to attach a picture of the invoice that came inside your parcel, as well as the item you received.

If you wish to cancel your order, send a message to our customer care team via our contact form, or at info@ballerdistrict.com, including your order number.

If your order has already been picked, packed, or dispatched, it will not be possible to cancel it.

Delivery usually takes between 10 and 15 days. We do our utmost to make sure your package arrives quickly and in perfect condition.
